It’s clear that actress Kaley Cuoco has nothing to hide! While some women in Hollywood keep quiet about their plastic surgery procedures, the Big Bang Theory alum has openly discussed her experience going under the knife — like getting breast implants a while back!
In a November 2016 interview with Women’s Health, Kaley spoke candidly about her decision to enhance her chest. “Years ago, I had my nose done. And my boobs — best thing I ever did,” she said. “Recently I had a filler in a line in my neck I’ve had since I was 12. As much as you want to love your inner self…I’m sorry, you also want to look good.” he Flight Attendant actress continued, “I don’t think you should do it for a man or anyone else, but if it makes you feel confident, that’s amazing.”
Kaley also shared that she worked through her divorce from ex Ryan Sweeting attending regular yoga classes. “I’ve cried numerous times in yoga. The best part is I’m sweating so bad no one can tell,” she joked. While she is proud of the way she looks, Kaley still maintains a healthy diet and fitness routine to maintain her appearance.
“The bottom line is I’m not 21 anymore, so it used to be so easy and I didn’t have to do as much,” she said at the time. “But you’re getting a little older and I’ve got to cut things out.”
Kaley’s ingrained determination and grit play a huge role in her physicality but also in her acting career. After the Big Bang Theory ended in May 2019, the former sitcom star was inspired to try her hand at producing.
However, she still stayed in front of the camera while serving as an executive producer on HBO’s The Flight Attendant. She attributes her ability to shake things up to her training as an actress.
“Because, if you think about it, you’re being told, ‘no,’ way more than you’re being told, ‘yes,’” Kaley told Backstage in July 2021. “You’re being told, ‘You’re not good enough; you’re not pretty enough; you’re not blonde enough,’ way more than, ‘You’re perfect for this.’
And even now, there’s a lot more opportunity, but it’s harder, too.”Despite the cutthroat nature of show business, Kaley explained how she’s able to simply “move on” to the next opportunity if one didn’t work out. “I can really just shut off,” she added.
I can be like, ‘OK, that didn’t work. I don’t sit in it. It’s a blessing and a curse because I can really do that in my personal life, even,” she says. “But it’s helped me in my career. You’ve got to know that you’re not the only person in this position.”
As for her personal life, Kaley was previously married to Ryan from December 2013 to May 2016. She then married now-estranged husband Karl Cook in June 2018, only to suddenly split in September 2021.
However, the Yes, Norman Productions founder takes pride in staying “true” to herself and making her own decisions. “I haven’t tried to conform to what people need me to be,” she added at the time.
